When analysing the NME double page spread, I found that the colour scheme from the front cover is used throughout the magazine. Also that casual language is used, representing the indie and rock genre, some lines throughout the story have been made bigger to emphasize them. The pictures used in the story are 1 of the whole band and some of each member separately, all posed but are somewhat natural. Also on this double page spread NME have created small ‘fact files’ about each member of the band so the reader can get more information on them.
Analysing the NME double page spread has been useful and will help me when designing my music magazine double page spread.
